Last August, Freeway packed up its bags and left Cedar Point. Now we know that Freeway will not return to Cedar Point for the 2006 Season. OnPoint, Cedar Point's official blog, replied to a comment about Freeway saying it will not return.

Freeway was an incredibly popular system that allowed guests to get a handstamp at a ride and return between an hour long time period. Usually the "Freeway Wait" was no more than 30 minutes when the regular line could be several hours long.
